1.) Clarifier Mechanism

We manufacture center drive and peripheral drive clarifier mechanisms for tank diameters ranging from 3 m to 30 m. Designed with optimum torque rating, bridge load capacity, and sludge scraping velocity (1–3 m/min), ensuring efficient solids removal and long operational life.

2.) Clarifier Tanks

Our clarifier tanks are fabricated in MS/SS (IS 2062 / SS 304/316) with diameters from 3 m to 6 m and side water depth (SWD) of 2.5–5 m. Designed based on surface overflow rate (SOR) and detention time, ensuring high settling efficiency and structural stability.

3.) Sludge Thickener

We provide gravity sludge thickeners with diameters from 2 m to 15 m, designed for solids loading rate and thickening factor (3–6%). Equipped with slow-speed rake mechanisms for uniform sludge concentration and reduced volume.

4.) HRSCC (High Rate Solid Contact Clarifier)

Our HRSCC systems are designed for high-rate clarification with surface loading rates up to 40–60 m³/m²/hr. Compact design with integrated flocculation zone, reaction zone, and settling zone, ideal for high-capacity plants.

5.) Clariflocculators

We manufacture clariflocculators combining flocculation and clarification in a single unit, with diameters from 5 m to 45 m. Designed with multi-stage flocculation paddles (G value control) and optimized settling zone for enhanced turbidity removal.
